Danielle Wateridge, a real estate advisor with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services (BHHS) PenFed Realty, announced the launching of The Wateridge Group, a new forward-looking team that will provide innovative problem-solving for buyers, sellers, and investors in Northern Virginia’s competitive housing market.

Headed by Wateridge, the team also includes Sherry Brown, who ran her own business for a decade in NOVA before refocusing her energies and passion on helping homeowners navigate the tumultuous real estate market. Based at the Berkshire Hathaway offices in Reston, VA, The Wateridge Group will focus on real estate in Loudoun, Fairfax, and Arlington Counties,  Wateridge says.

The Wateridge Group’s strategy is to fuse Wateridge’s commitment to long-term, in-depth customer relationships with a deep knowledge and technical skillset capable of tackling some of the most difficult real estate challenges present in today’s market. Wateridge’s background in both the legal and financial industries gives her a unique perspective and toolkit that provide a competitive advantage in NOVA’s aggressive market.

“Clients can no longer win in this market with just any agent,” Danielle explains. “I built The Wateridge Group to be nimble, strategic, and innovative. Our team members are not just agents facilitating a single transaction; we are real estate advisors. So, our job does not end at the settlement table. Instead, we partner with our clients throughout a lifetime of transactions—from their starter house to their forever home.” Even in between transactions, The Wateridge Group keeps homeowners abreast of market changes, advises them on the right investments to make in home renovations, and educates them on the best strategies, financial instruments, and timing.
